Ptr. Larry and i went to the Hotel Veniz to inquire about our graduation day reservation. We talked to the Hotel Guest Relations Officer, Ma'am Angel and we were even brought to the actual place where we shall hold the graduation ceremony. The function room was good, it looks old though but presentable and feels like cozy!
We were given the Menu options, and told about the following:
(1) That for a year reservation, it is required of us to remit 50% of the total amount that will cover the minimum number of 50 persons;
(2) That we shall be given like five (5) hours use of the hotel premises;
(3) That it will not be ala-cart but served in a buffet of choice foods;
(4) That if we intend to accomodate more than 50 persons the room can be readjusted to the number of person we wanted to accomodate but we got to inform them months before but definitely not the day before.
(5) That they will not provide the keyboards and other musical instruments.
We requested that we be given souvenirs the way they give other celebrations like wedding, debut, birthdays, etc..
